One of the key features of O.K.L.A. is the variety of cladding used to enhance the street appeal – combining terracotta tiles, Alucobond panels, concrete beams and Nu-Wall aluminium cladding. Two distinct varieties of Nu-Wall appear on this structure, with the E Random series finished in Matt Titania providing vertical detail, contrasting with the E200 profile in the darker Electric Cow Kinetic horizontally. Nu-Wall’s vertical lines span up to three stories without joins, enhancing the appearance - and it’s the only aluminium cladding available in such lengths. Low maintenance means the crisp lines of the structure will stay just as fresh for years to come, with only occasional washing required.
