Every line has a purpose.
The strength of Ti Point House lies in its simplicity. A series of carefully composed gable forms create a home that feels both contemporary and familiar, while generous glazing captures uninterrupted harbour views and fills the interior with natural light.
Every material has been selected to reinforce that clarity. Vertical Nu Wall E200 aluminium cladding introduces rhythm and proportion across the façades, providing a refined architectural expression that sits comfortably alongside natural timber and the surrounding native landscape. Finished in Dulux Duratec Textured FlaxPod, the warm, earthy finish complements the surrounding vegetation and weathered timber, allowing the home to feel naturally embedded within its coastal setting.
Rather than competing with the environment, the architecture allows it to remain the defining feature. Every line, junction and material transition contributes to a home that feels calm, considered and deeply connected to place.
