Performance backed by partnership
Our Partners
Nu Wall works with experienced local partners and proven coating technologies to ensure aluminium extrusion, surface preparation and coating are treated as one integrated system.
Together, these relationships underpin finish quality, durability and long-term performance across New Zealand environments.
Where partnership meets precision
High-performance finishes depend on more than the coating itself. They rely on how aluminium is extruded, handled, and coated and on the expertise of the partners involved at each stage. Nu Wall works with trusted local specialists to ensure control, consistency and confidence from manufacture through to final installation.

P-88 Powder Coating
Partnering locally to deliver exceptional quality where it matters, P-88, based in Auckland and part of the Nu-Wall group, brings specialist expertise in architectural coating systems. This partnership supports carefully managed finishes from sampling through to production, delivering consistent and repeatable outcomes.
P-88 plays a key role where precision, coordination and finish reliability are critical — providing confidence across project delivery.

McKechnie Aluminium
McKechnie Aluminium, based in New Plymouth, is one of New Zealand’s most established aluminium manufacturers, with long-standing expertise in architectural extrusion, anodising and powder-coating. Their integrated manufacturing capability supports high levels of finish control and repeatability, particularly where complex metallic and textured finishes are involved.
Working in partnership with Nu Wall, McKechnie provides the manufacturing foundation that ensures surface performance is supported from the aluminium profile itself through to the finished coating.

Proven technologies behind the surface
Nu Wall specifies industry-leading powder coating systems selected for durability, colour stability and performance in demanding environments. These systems provide the technical backbone for finishes that must withstand UV exposure, coastal conditions and everyday wear.

Architectural powder coating systems
Dulux powder coating systems are widely specified across New Zealand for their durability, colour stability and proven performance in demanding environments. The range includes solid, metallic and textured finishes designed to withstand UV exposure, weathering and coastal conditions.
Within the Nu Wall system, Dulux coatings help deliver enduring architectural design with premium finishes that provide lasting protection and colour that stands the test of time.

Advanced Coating Performance
Interpon powder-coating systems are engineered for high-performance architectural applications, offering advanced protection against corrosion, UV exposure and environmental stress. Known for their durability and colour consistency, Interpon finishes are well suited to exposed, coastal and high-wear conditions.
Specified within the Nu Wall system, Interpon coatings support long-term performance where surface integrity and finish reliability are critical in balancing aesthetic intent with proven durability.

Sublimation Coating Technology
Metwood sublimation systems are engineered to reproduce the appearance of natural timber, marble and patina metals on powdercoated aluminium, using high-definition films heat-fused into the coating layer. The process delivers depth and authenticity in finishes designed for exposed, architectural and high-wear applications.
Applied within the Nu Wall system, Metwood extends the architectural finish range beyond standard colour supporting fire-rated performance, long-term durability and a combined 25/10-year warranty across coating and pattern.
Together, our partners in coating and proven coating systems provide the foundation for finishes built to perform and endure in real environments
