Coastal living has influenced both the design and material selection at Camwell Shores. Arranged across three levels, the four residences make use of generous glazing, open-plan living areas and outdoor terraces to take advantage of natural light, coastal outlooks and indoor-outdoor living.
The proximity to the shoreline also brings practical considerations. Salt-laden air, wind and changing weather conditions place greater demands on exterior materials, making durability and ongoing maintenance important factors in the design. The combination of brick and Nu Wall aluminium cladding provides a robust, low-maintenance exterior suited to the demands of coastal living, without compromising the architectural character of the homes.
